    From what I've been told, older batches of rt winnie were oil based, the new ones are water based micronized just like UpJohn's.

    thx dizzle i did search but all i found was other rt product info
    to the 1st reply i was loloking for an opinion on the product not a bash
    isnt this a discussion board?
