B12 injection protocol

For you who are supplementing with injectable B12 what protocol and amounts do you use?

I do B12 injections but It is periodic and not consistent. I also buy the ones (in Mexico) with diclofenac and lydocaine for my old ass joints.

I believe that the injection are like every 3 days. I know the ones I buy in Mexico are more for jumó

Interesting. The protocol I found online was 100mcg for 7-days, then 100mcg E3D, then 100mcg once per month.
