What do you guys take for cycle support?

Looking on Amazon for the best all around cycle support for blood pressure heart liver and kidney health.

Any recommendations. Saw nutrissa cycle support but not sure if any good?

As far as liver goes, it's pretty resilient. The abuse you give it in a 12 week cycle, it'll almost certainly repair itself from. For your kidney, the best thing you can do for it is drink more water regularly. And for your blood pressure, limit salt and monitor your BP regularly. You might also want to consider making donations at the blood bank. But if it's still high, you might want to take BP medication (which you should take only under the guidance of a physician).


Also limiting your consumption of alcohol is probably a good idea for all three of these.

For liver I would suggest Liv-52 and for kidney, it is always recommended to have plenty of water.

Great suggestions here. Taking good care of yourself like Honkey is probably priority #1. I take NAC year round but double daily dosage when on cycle (orals especially). It's a fine cheap option.
