Age is dependant on training experience and how well your body has responded to hardcore training and eating. Ages can range from 18-50. Really depends on what the person is trying to accomplish.

jp, be very careful of the messages in your inbox and your email...you have made yourself an easy target for scammers. that being said, you are gonna have to find your own steroids, we DO NOT source post here. as for your question on age, that dpends on the person...but if you've been working out hard for a couple years, usually 21 or 22 should be ok.
