Is Nolva in a caps Ok to Open?

I got nolva this time around from my supplier in capsules, usually he gives me pharma or UGL tablets, I cut the tab in half to get 10mg from 20mg tablet.

If I understand it correctly, these caps are just nolva powder filled in capsules and should be "ok to open" so I can divide it half dose 10mg (won't be exact but close Guess)

What do you guys think, can I open these 20mg caps and make two dosages.of 10mg, take raw power as first 10mg and put the rest back in capsule for next day? Or it is not a good idea to open the capsule?

It wouldn’t make any difference at all. It’s not time released and the powder is just loaded up by the UGL.
