Looking for cycle/stack ideas for a 30-40lb cut
Hey, so I usually weigh in around 180-190 ish but over Covid I gained a bunch of weight and weigh around 230 now. I’m looking for a good stack for losing the weight and wouldn’t mind finding one that could build muscle well during it too. I don’t have a whole lot of knowledge of steroids other then I’ve taken annavar and dbol before in the past but honestly like 10 years ago lol. I need insight from people with much more knowledge then I have! Recommend me stacks or whatever can help

Ok dope I looked up online and they seemed the most popular for cutting. Do you know if I can find like a guide or someone can layout a plan for me? Cause I’m not sure how much to take, how often to take etc. Like how long the cycle is, then a pct. wanna make sure I’m doing things the right way

I took 50 mg each daily split 25 each morning and 25 each pm I took for 12 weeks but they say don't take orals that long . I had no issues though myself . I took tudca 500 mg daily , fish oil and drank 2 gallons of water daily . I took 200 mg of protein daily and pretty much had an egg diet no sugar low carb and no breads. Im not pct ing though I'm cruising at 200 mg test e weekly . But they say to take novaldex and clomid for your pct . Look up perfect pct in the subforums or you tube .

I’d say make sure you do more research and educate yourself more extensively. Sounds like you want an oral only cycle…most everyone here will tell you that’s a bad idea. You’ll need to pin test in addition to Var and Winstrol if you want to get anything worthwhile out of the cycle. Also for losing 30-40 lbs, I’d say you should get your diet in check and emphasize cardio before you get straight for AAS.

Beginner cycle is best place to start. It’s easy to wanna try more stuff but no point especially for guys like us trying to recomp. I’m still getting great results from testosterone and when I thought about trying more I was kindly reminded there is no point yet.
You could sprinkle some anavar on if you really wanna stack but I wouldn’t go much farther.
An oral only cycle kind of sucks and it causes problems like shutting down your test production for not enough result. Injecting isn’t bad at all hell I kind of enjoy i since I know how good it makes me feel.
The only reason to fear injecting is pain or social stigma. It won’t hurt 95+% of time if you learn how.
I worked out 3 months and was gaining muscle at the rate of a 14 year old and then 400mg test and I’m shedding fat and gaining muscle fast.
If you started higher BG like I did it is a bigger risk to cycle and a lot of people are against it. It worked fine for me but I had already been dieting for 2 years and lifting 3 months so I had some good habits to build on. You will need to be very dedicated or else this could just result in bitch tits.
You can definitely do this at your weight but you are going to have to stick to your diet #1. #2 is training intensity and consistency. But if you miss training on some occasions it’s not good but not nearly as bad as a poor diet. We have less margin of error if we are overweight & cycling.
