Deca alongside tren

Just came off my deca blast and holy f. The elbow aches and bicep tendinitis are back in full swing. It’s night and day between being on and off deca. Im going to start running a low dose of nandrolone alongside my prescribed TRT. Anyone that’s been here long enough knows the benefits of the search button, but I’d really like to get an up to date of everyone that is running deca with their current HRT protocol. I know I’ve seen Windex, maybe DD, and few other OG’s talk about it. What seems to be the average weekly dosage for the joint benefit, without the water retention and prolactin sides? Obv this can vary for each individual.. I just want to be able to lift (I don’t even lift heavy) without pain.

Also lol, I’m planning to dive in to tren for a recomp here soon. Two 19-nors. I’ve had 3 runs with deca, and zero tren. Would blasting tren with a low dose of deca (keeping test at TRT dose) be a nightmare? Mast also? I know from my personal experience mast (200mg weekly) was a solid wingman for the deca. Even tho I needed a low dose of nolva to combat this little bit of gyno that developed from the previous blast. Still not 100% sure if it was fucking gyno gyno, or pseudo from the fat gain. It’s almost completely gone now that everything has cleared and I’ve slowly leaned back out..

Just trying to get yalls opinion and recommendations.

100 mgs of deca with a modest dose of Tren (3-400) is more than doable (I’ve done it). Mast on board for sure around 400 and test between 3-400.

That’s my anecdotal experience and what I’ve seen parroted. Can’t help with the AI side, as I’ve never had an issue (knock on wood) my guess is because I also run masteron .
