    Self checking/testing for gyno...?

    I do not currently show any signs for gyno (or any other side effects really). But it's constantly in the back of my mind. I'm not really sure what I should be looking or feeling for.

    How do I detect and check myself for possible signs of gyno?

    Just trying to be proactive for a just in case scenario.
