Just finished a 16weeks cycle, should i keep taking ai until pct starts?

hello folks
I just finished a 16 weeks Test/Deca/Dbol cycle and I was taking Arimidex throughout the whole cycle..
my pct (Clomid, nolvadex, HCG) starts in 2 weeks .. and i'm confused if i should keep taking ai until then or just stop it?

I wouldn't have been taking the arimidex throughout the whole cycle unless I was actually having estrogen related sides.

If you haven’t ran Hcg up to now you missed the point of taking it. It can be suppressive and should not be ram during pct. you could run it now up to pct. as noted ai through cycle murders gains.

Could someone expand on the idea of not taking HCG during PCT?

HCG mimics LH, so it's going to suppress LH and you want yours to come back. It increases test BUT you want yours to come back to via the HPTA, not from HCG. It's run during cycle or in the last few weeks because LH is already bottomed out.

If they make you feel nauseous (as they did with me) take them before bed. It'll help.
