Questions on blood tests to check test and e2 levels.

So trying to dial in my ai during cruise dose so need to check bloods. I use ulta labs. Anyone know what specific test I should get.

Also when you go to get these bloods done say at like quest labs. Do they know what you are getting testdd for or do they just draw the bloods?

I use SonoraQuest - u need e2 ultra sensitive, test total & free < that’s the basics

I’ve stopped running an ai & I cruise on the usual “1cc”(250mg) weekly - sometimes I drop it to 1/2 of that, then pyramid back

Thanks boss. Idk feel like i get moom face and slight puffy nips without it. 12.5 mg aromasin 2x week has me feeling pretty good just dont want to crash it.

We all respond a little differently and "feeling good" is really what it's all about. Do what works for you, and you are being smart to keep an eye on things so you don't tank your E.

As Samson said, Ultrasensitive estradiol is the one you want, note that it is sometimes called sensitive depending on the lab.

Would just estradiol work or does it have to say ulttasensitive.

It really ought to be Ultrasensitive or sensitive depending on which term the lab uses. Just estradiol is designed for women and isn't sensitive enough for men.

It's like thermometers. You have some that go in the oven and read from 200 to 500 degrees. You also have some that read between 95 and 110 degrees, for checking body temperature. You wouldn't use one for the other. Similar scenario here.

I was running xTane/Aromasin when I did run an Ai - it’s pretty decent, since it doesn’t crash your estro completely

Ai pretty much becomes more of a necessity when you kick your doses up


I remember running low doses of letrozole when I was pushing heavy doses - it all worked well, I just felt like ass


So, when I say “no Ai” - it’s directed towards the lower end of the dose range
