Detailed Cycle and Progress Reporting
Let me start by saying that I am very impressed with this forum and the extent of its usefulness to people like myself who are knowledgeable enough to be dangerous : and still have much learning to do.
Recently I’ve been so grateful for so many of this Forums contributors that I am compelled to contribute what little I can.
This thread will hopefully be a positive impact on someone in their journey towards obtaining their goals.
Thank you to All who have ever contributed here it has changed my life.
With my insane schedule It is much easier for me to journal and then transfer that info to this thread as I go so I will be updating it as often as possible and it will continue through my entire cycle, PCT, and post cycle bloodwork.

cycle protocol (after much consideration)
Week 1- 200mg Pharm grade Test Cyp 200
Twice on Monday/Friday
Week 2- 11- 500mg/wk (Geneza Test 250) split between M/F
Week 2- 4 - 30mg Geneza Tbol (17 days)
Week 12 - 14 - 200mg Pharm grade Test Cyp 200 twice on M/F (may stretch out last 2 pins even further to scale down)
Week 2 - 14 - 25mg Aromasin split twice a day 12.5 morn 12.5 night
Week 2- 16 250iu HCG E/3.5days
Week 16- 20 Standard Clomid/Nolvadex PCT protocol. Below are daily dose for that week. I.e 4 weeks Total for PCT
Clomid - 75mg/50/50/50
Nolvadex - 40mg/20/20/20

1st 1/2 of cycle in slight Deficit (will use mid cycle measurements for this decision.

Bro split as my body needs a lot of rest to grow. Chest, back, shoulders, arms, legs, Abs, off day

Daily supplements
Dosages to follow.
NAC - 1200mg
PREGNENALONE - discontinued per advice
DIM - 350mg
FISH OIL - 1200mg
VIT D3 - 125 mcg
EBIQUINOL - 400mg (coq10)
MULTI VITAMIN - single dose
CYCLE SUPPORT - 8 daily
WEEK 2 UPDATE
Minor strength gains
Appear a bit dryer more vascular
Muscles feel a bit fuller
Pump getting better during w/o and lasts longer.
Start of Week 3
Heart rate normal
Night sweats increasing
Elevated blood pressure from 120/85 to 145-153/87 (monitoring and will start cialis/ homeopathic remedies daily if headaches or rising continues)
Started HCG (ampule came with 2ml water for 5000iu so dosing correctly is a bitch) used same syringe as test for single pin. Increases PIP but let’s not get carried away, it’s only a needle.
Physique is already changing slightly, fuller/dryer look
Starting to increase calories as I noticed running 500ish deficit is not enough. (250ish def. for now will evaluate in a week).
End of Week 3
Reached the end of my 18day Tbol kickstart
Considering going another 7-10 days as I have more
Blood pressure seams to be holding will test tomorrow
Realized noticeable positive mood change
Weight increased 4.8lbs to 224.8
Strength increasing noticeably (Tbol probably)
Significant difference in recovery already (soreness from training almost non-existent)
Libido increased for sure
Morning Erections could smash concrete
Wife clueless but happy ��
Got 2 10ml vials of bacteriostatic water contemplating diluting HCG for easier dosing
No estro sides as of yet
Clear skies and enjoying the flight.
Start week 4
Holy shit I thought I was going to die….
Started with the chills and some night sweat
Ended with me in a puddle of sweat, fever of 103, shaking and delirious 5 days later…… thought it was some test flu at 1st but turned out to be pneumonia and bronchitis.
After I started taking the scripts I feel better but night sweats still pretty bad I’m wondering if that part is AAS related. Please comment if you have an opinion or experience w/that.
Food intake past 5 days has been minimal
Training has been paused.
Weight has stayed at 223ish the whole time so I believe this test to be good quality and working. Normally I would have dropped 5-10 lbs with a 5 day flu.
CardioVance and Beet powder has done absolute wonders for High Bp
158/92 down to 123/85 and holds the whole day!
Week 4 End
Writing from the ER right now
Back to the hospital with AFIB
Rate spiking in the 170’s
BP actually held decent
Shortness of breath and generalized unwell feeling.
After 12 hrs of the Docs and nurses scratching their heads I told them about my Test use and they shrugged it off. Mainly because I’m a month in on the cycle and these are new symptoms.
I thought I would term this cycle but now I’m not so sure.
Really just want to get back to lifting and eating big.
Oddly enough after 14hrs of this ordeal the AFIB just disappeared and my heart rate, blood pressure and bloods look great. Weird
I’m guessing maybe the Illness I had kicked the AFIB on and here we are.
DAY 31
So after much thought and much conversation with members of this Forum : I am pulling the plug on this cycle.
The illness and subsequent E.R. Trip is enough for me to go back to the basics until such time when I am both physiologically and mentally on solid ground. Will follow up with Cardiologist to ensure heart is healthy.
Continue an ample schedule of cardio and lighter circuit type training until such time that I feel ready to re-introduce AAS
Will pull hormone panel shortly to check up on how my body has been handling any aromatization and the quality of the gear I’ve been on. All other bloods just pulled at ER and on point as I would expect.
When I do feel 100% again I will revive this thread and pick up where we left off. Thanks

No need to scale the test down. Just stop when ready and the test will scale down on its own.
Aromasin may not be needed.

Just saw your supp update.
No need for preg.
NAC at least 2400 mgs
No need for DIM if using aromasin . If not gyno sensitive I'd run the DIM and drop the aromasin until you determine whether you need the AI or not.
Just some thoughts.

No I appreciate the input thx,
I was torn about the Aromasin myself. Many people on the forum have said the same thing.
Made my decision to go ahead with it after re-reading the sticky on “1st Cycle” .
I’ve just recently read a thread by Nice guy Cy that explained new school of thought on this.
If Aromasin is as safe as people say it is: what are the cons you see with using it? Should I hold off until mid cycle blood work? Thanks ahead……

Thinking has changed over the years since Austinite's First Cycle thread was written. It is a fantastic tutorial and well written. What's changed is the fact that estrogen is looked at as being more anabolic and useful. Not a bad thing like in the past. Think of it this way, does it make sense to have sky high test levels and normal E2 levels?
Basically, if you are not gyno sensitive or have libido issues, leave the AI's alone. That said, if running a little gives you peace of mind then go for it.
