My goal was to recomp as slow as possible, without losing any muscle at all. People said it couldn't be done, but I didn't care.

The difference from that thread from this one is the more about the gear I am taking now. In that thread, I started 200cyp /200 tren e in Jan 18th, along with some Ipam/Mod Grf 1. I noticed over the months I was recomping, despite all the claims you can't because of training age or whatever. But I started at a fat 260lbs in January, and in February, I decided to count my calories a bit, lowing them to 2500-2700, which is a small deficit. I went on about my business and I stopped posting updates for a while.

But during that break, I got enough GH (generic) to let me run 3ius a day. starting that May, as it turns out peptides end up costing more over the long run. I also began to brew my own L-Carnitine and have been taking 1000mg pre-workout ED (annoying but you get used to it) ever since that post.

I kept running the Test at 200mg, but dropped the Tren e, and added 40mcg clen dose for two weeks in June, along with some winny to take a break from Tren. Around this, I was floating around 225, as I added cardio, but I'd fluctuate even up to 231lb after a cheat meal or something. I dropped the Winny because it was making me lethargic. I did cardio other times before but all I noticed was water going in and out, nothing crazy.

July 12th, I upped my test to 400mg, took my GH to 5iu ED, and added 50mcg of T3. The T3 was a game-changer when it came to my digestion: I was able to poop with one push, which I haven't been able to do is YEARS. This alone prompted me to order more bottles so I could take this all year round. Doubling my test brought me back up to a consistent 235.

July 26h, I started my cycle of 480 Test cyp and 660 Primo. (I've been running it ever since.)

Now the crazy part started happening when I combined all of these: Test/Primo, injectable L-Carnitine, 5iu GH ED, 50mcg T3 ED, and I recently introduced Clen at 40mcgs (Sept 25th) ED, along with HUGE change in my training routine, switching from 5x a week, to 6x a week, while adopting Doug Brigonle's physics training methods. Now I weigh a anywhere from 227-230, depending how I eat, which is what I was weight months ago in June.

So it's October now, nine months since I've started my intentionally slow body transformation, which should have never happened according to many because my calories are virtually the same the entire time lol. I took my time during this process; I even took some diet breaks, and did some cardio then stopped. I wasn't worried if I overate or ate out with the family, which I think is critical. The training from 5x to 6x a week seems to make up for any cardio not being done. Moreover, hitting my legs twice a week (no squats or compounds per Brignole) shows more development. Again, the MOST I could be eating more is going to maintenance, which is "maingaining" —Doucette's idea. Clearly, the fat is being used so I'm in a deficit, but it must be tiny as it is taking a while, but I am totally fine taking my time as I am not a competitor and have no deadlines.
