Moon face help?

Any tips on getting rid of moon face. Not sure how to explain it but if I suck in my cheeks a tiny bit thats how I want it to look. If not I feel like there's a bit of fat/water around the area on the sides of my mouth. Just on cruise dose right now. Estrogen is 46 so not too high. Drinking plenty of water and watching diet and salt intake.

Low bf and it's still present. Any tips?
