So naturally, a high e2 will result in (in most cases anyway) a higher retention of water weight. But I'm not sure if it makes it harder to remove that water naturally.
VERY basic description:
I use a pretty common 7 day water cutting method. Where you are pretty generous with sodium and carbs while also water loading. Then 2 days out you remove sodium, and all carbs. Drop your water intake considerably. Then the day prior, zero water. And in most cases, complete fasting. This is also the day you sweat. The next morning you weigh in.
Anyway, I normally diet down to 212. Then blow up to 216ish during the water load, before making the water weight cut down to 198.
What I'm curious about is, does a high e2 make it harder to lose the water weight?
I asked this because I have never run an AI before. Haven't had the need. (Except for one dose of letro because Dbol). I'm wondering if using an AI the week of water cutting will make it easier to lose the water weight.
