    Question Test E, EQ, Tren E cycle, (advice needed for dosage)

    Hello!

    28yo, 5'9, 180lbs, probably around (13 to 15% bf, i'll do a cut before i hop on this cycle)

    Been lifting for 5 years and did 2 cycles already (first was test e and dbol for 12 weeks, 2nd was test e, dbol and deca for 16 weeks).. both gave good gains but still not there yet.

    I'm planning to run this cycle in about 3 or 4 months (i like to plan everything in advance, so i can get all the stuff i need)

    Proposed cycle:
    Orals: undetermined (thinking about running 50mg of dbol ed for 6 weeks?)
    Injectables:
    Test E: 700mg/week
    Eq: 300mg/week
    Tren E: 200mg/week

    I choose Tren E instead of Tren A because I wanna get away with less injections, but i'm not sure yet.
    Ideally i'd like to inject twice a week

    Monday: 350mg Test E + 300mg EQ (mixed in the same syringe)
    Thursday: 350mg Test E + 200mg Tren E

    My goal is to bulk, I wanna gain solid lean gains and strength as well
    Any input on this guys? I'd really appreciate it.

    At 180lbs I would be adding mk677 and some food.

    I dont think throwing that much gear at 180 lbs is going to help.

    Its like adding more horsepower to fix your traction problem.

    You need a better diet

    Keep it simple just test or test and deca with mk677.

    You're talking like 180lbs at 13% is a sort of skinny or something?? I have a pretty good physique I'm just trying to move to the next level and start competing.. my diet is well sorted and so is my training.

    I asked advice from experienced guys on dosages.. i know exactly what i am and where I'll be.

    This is contradictory. Bulking is not solid and lean. You should understand and define your goal.

    The cycle is sound, but your diet and cardio will determine your results. Will you be eating bulk or lean? Will your cardio be minor, moderate, or extensive? You might want to check out the diet and training forums for more info.

    Also, what's your PCT? And Dbol should be 2x daily (25mg) both early and late because of the short half-life, usually 4wks not 6wks...but powerlifters tend to to run it at the start for 4, break for 4, then at the end for 4.

    I don't want to hurt you but 180lbs is not a big thing even for men's physique. You cut and end up around 160. In case you really wanna compete you have to add around 20lbs.
    To answer your question I'd drop tren e (it's not necessary for your goals) and eq (it's useless for gains imo) and add 500 deca instead.

    In my opinion 180 at 5’9” is more like a dad bod not really skinny.
