    Leftover oil

I just finished my first 10mL vial. I noticed there was some at the bottom I couldn’t get out with the draw needle, I’ve also noticed there seems to be approx .1cc left in the syringe and needle after dosing. 7 doses emptied that 10mL vial (shooting 1.5cc each dose, first couple were 1cc), that could account to around 2-3 doses over the course of a full cycle. Does anyone attempt to collect the remaining liquid, store it in an old vial? Or am I the only one who grew up dirt poor and it’s sacrilegious to throw anything away 😂 ?

Use a 1.5 inch draw needle to basically shopvac the last bits out. I probably would just inject it as a bonus, not transfer it to another vial.

Regarding loss in the syringe, a lot of people draw a unit or so of air in addition to the compound. Then make sure the air is right by the plunger when it is time to inject. Doing it right means that the air pushes all the compound out and nothing is left in the needle except air. I imagine this can require patience with oils, water based peptides make this easy.

If you choose to do this, you may have to experiment with the amount of air to draw. It seems like I counted 3 units in a 1.5 inch 25g syringe, but way less, like maybe a half unit, in a 31g 8mm.

A very miniscule amount of air will not hurt if injected IM or subq.

You can also peel the foil back around the stopper and the pull the stopper out of the vial and get every last drop too

    Waste not, want not…

If it's a clear vial you can also turn it upside down until as much oil as possible has run into the center of the stopper. Then pierce the stopper with the tip of your drawing needle and go for it.

    Several ways to minimize loss!
