Nothing looks particularly surprising to me. That free T is a thing of beauty, tho!
What are you doses and are you using ugl or pharma T?
Others will have to weigh in on cholesterol numbers, but I do think there are a few things you can do. Not my wheelhouse tho.

You can generally discuss brands, but not contact info or like the name of a rep, or a URL or anything. No contact info. Some private sources don't like their name mentioned publicly, but saying something like "I used Skillet McMonkeyNutz Test Prop for my cycle" isn't a problem on the board.

Okay cool , just dragon pharma for the tren and prop . I feel like it’s gear for kids based on the name and logo but it definitely is legit stuff . I have a family member whose the training partner of one of the best known bodybuilders in the world(retired now ) and he hooked me up with gear and it wasn’t as strong as dp. Weird thing with dp is I didn’t have any of the sides as I did with pro grade gear . No night sweats or anything like that but I did get hit with my cardio being complete shit. I couldn’t lift one set without being out of breath . It was odd

Oh, the Dragon
Def legit - they still use EO, don’t they?
Shit stings like a mother

Not sure of that , but pretty smooth from what I’ve experienced pip has been tolerable. Only real thing I’ve been concerned about was how high my alt is . Mind you I had some t3 and clen in there but dropped clen after a week . Way too strong of stuff

Your ALT/AST is just fine…all bodybuilders will have elevated levels. They’re not a concern until they’re about 10X over the top of range. There’s a ton of threads on here about that topic specifically and I’ve been through it more than once with my TRT doc.
All good

ALT/AST levels can especially be impacted if bloods are taken after a workout. Muscle proteins that are broken during exercising are excreted through the liver which skew the results. The key in this article is “asymptomatic” patients, which I’m assuming you are. No jaundice, fatty liver disease, alcoholism or hepatitis. If you’re a “no” to all of those, then you’re just fine and your elevations are most assuredly a causation of weightlifting.
All good
