I took 750mgs of test and 400mgs a week of deca and came down with a tiny not. Obviously the start of gyno.
How much gyno would be safe too take for joint pain and not risk gyno? I'm quessing 200mgs but am unsure. Anyone have a clue?

Every person is gonna be different if you want my honest opinion. Some people will react to 400mg of deca and some will to 200mg.
I cant really answer this question any more than this.
