that's a big debate...

some ppl are of the opinion that seeing as your are sticking yourself with needles, you shouldn't donate blood (the red cross or blood donor clinic will also see it this way).

then again, if you receiving the same weekly injections from a health care professional, everythign would be kosher. assuming you are not an idiot, and use the pins once only (not sharing), and are very careful, you should be clear.

personally when i'm on gear, i wouldn't go donate blood. i might condier it after i've been off for a long while, and if i know i'm clean.

it's a moral debate...are you going to lie when they will ask you if you have used needles or self administered anything via injection, even tho you know you've been careful and are clean?

i'd prefer not to. just my 2cc...
