Second Cycle Review- Going to be a famous Fitness Blogger !!

I hate the term Fitness blogger so decided to use clickbait incase you decide to make fun of me. (Admin please don’t ban me for the dry humor)
Been a member for many many years and silently watched and read articles before jumping on gear last year.
I’d like to post and question the following on this fairly long post.
1. My first cycle last year and its results (Post cyle gains!)

4. Gyno symptoms- Right nipple swollen already
First Cycle
1. Week 1-10
1ml Sustanon 250 every 3.5 days
Arimidex @ 0.25mg EOD
2. Week 14 onwards
Clomid @ 75/50/50/50 & Nolvadex @ 40/20/20/20
I had no HCG (yeah pretty shit isn’t it, but hey we all make mistakes)
I run my first cycle last year, which was Sustanon only. I felt good but I got jobless, and we entered into a 4 month lockdown (gyms closed)
After the PCT, the gyms opened and I made tremendous gains+Fat loss (Can someone explain as I've heard PCT is pretty shit for mental health), while pct was an enjoyable period for myself personally. Perhaps because I got my dream job and life resumed as normal?
Second cycle(1st week already into it Day 4)
Week 1 to 10
1ml Sustanon 250 every 3.5 days
Arimidex @ 0.5mg every 3.5 days
HCG 500iU/wk second week onwards up until PCT
Anavar 50mg ED
Week 12- 15th
Clomid @ 75/50/50/50 & Nolvadex @ 40/20/20/20
Body Stats
Good training experience (12 years), strength component sucks now but muscle mass is heavy.
Will post separately on what is my story of strength plummeting over the years.
90kg bodyweight, 5’11. Abs not visible
Goal is to shred
Gyno & Joint Pain
Symptoms:- Right nipple is sensitive, its hard to even decide what a lump is.
Left one has no symptoms at all.
I had pain in my right nipple. That was next day after my first pin. They were sensitive, swollen etc. which never happened before.
Lump and all, its hard to say.
Hence I took 0.5mg Arimidex on Friday (Day 2which gave me tremendous joint pain until today)
I had my second shot today, and am pretty sure tomorrow onwards nipple will start playing.
I have Letrozole handy, but I don’t have Raloxifene(can't arrange).
Please suggest.
