2nd cycle Question

Ok I have heard people say you must use 600-700mg test per week to make good gains. Now I dont know if its me or not but that means injecting mon wend fri gonna use QV cyp 200. My main question is since this is my 2nd cycle only do i need to run test that high to make good gains?

What did you run the first one.

2x a week is enough. You could do 300mg E3D or E4D just fine.

500-600 is about right for most peoples second cycle.
