    Trt doses and eating

So just curious. Is there any correlation to trt test and eating more? I'm struggling to stay on my diet lately. Lol

Maybe it's just all in my head, but I just can't seem to stay on track.

    150mg divided into two weekly.

It does increase your metabolic rate so you could be burning more than you know. Also, if you are training hard and not getting enough macros your body will crave more food. I am in the same boat but I tend to just do a casine drink at night and usually helps me not stuff my face between when I am off shift and start my new shift at work.

If you're feeling more hungry than usual, could be you are mineral deficient in some way, or even thirsty, you drinking enough?

other than that, try drinking coffee, this helps deafen appetite quite a bit

i use Keto Butter coffee when fasting, and don't feel hungry all day

1 tsp grass fed butter, 1tsp coconut oil, and a cup of strong black coffee, blitz in a blender, and enjoy... you can also add some cinnamon for flavour

it's a reach, however, CPAP machines become necessary for many TRT/AAS users as neck size grows...poor sleep may lead to poor dietary choices

I was diagnosed with sleep apnea years ago. The mask kept me awake more than not wearing it.

I drink almost 2 gallons of water a day, so shouldn't be that.

Steroids make everything work better, so yes even 150mg a week will make you burn fat faster and better.
