please advice

im currently on 5th week of 400mg/wk teston qv , strength and mass gain is awsome i love this product. And today a guy in my gym told me that i need to increase my dosage to 700mg/wk to have full benefit from it. :scratch: please advice

First cycle right? Your friend at the gym is wrong, 400mgs a week for a first cycle is enough IMO.
But you should have stacked it with something..

dont increase yet. wait till ur next cycle. if u increase now, next time u cycle u will need a higher dose, maybe a gram.

I agree, if it's your first cycle and your 175 lbs. 400mgs per week is good. And yes, you could've stacked somethig else with it, but that's what the next cycle is for!! :D
