stats currently 6'2 230 14%bf ........but am a typical endomorph ....have alot of trouble eating 4-4500 cal without fat accumulation.....any other endomorphs see results around 3,500 cal to keep fat down...just wondering.......

bro, lol i know the feeling, im half endo, half meso. it sux ass. i would keep cals around 4000. keep decrease cals from 4500 till u see results. i would also throw in cardio after every workout for 20 - 30 mins. if u can, do cardio for 1 hr in morning.
