when to take winny

I'm only taking 3cc of winny per week.... Is it okay to take the winny shots right before i go to sleep???

2. well, imho, winny can be taken anytime of day. its better too take it 8 - 10 hrs away from ur workout. thats only mental, thats how i do it. although it reallt wouldnt matter .

I think your wasting your time w/ only 3 shots a week. Take one every other day atleast.
Are u taking something else with it?
