New Cycle opinions after 2.5 Years Break / with pics from previous cycle
Hello everyone, i’m seeking opinions for my new cycle after a 2.5 years break.
I uploaded my progress pics from my previous cycle from 2.5 years ago. I’m 1.80 in height and was about 83-85kg with decent amount of fat as you can see on of my pictures before starting the cycle. I trained 3 months naturally in the beginning and got decent amount of muscle fast. I couldn’t upload more than 8 pics i’m sorry for that i couldn’t post it. But on the 4th month i started using dbol around 20-30mg a day (which game me lots of water weight fast in the first month visible on the side chest bicep pic) with 250mg test e + 250mg eq a week for around 10 weeks then upped my dosage to 500mg test e + 500mg eq until the 20ish weeks. On the pictures i wear black shirt and shorts i was totaly 9 months in (5-6 months in cycle) around 102kg with 10-15 bf i don’t really know never mesured it but my abs were clearly visible.
I was 74kg after the break and started the gym again this time never to give up again. I quickly gained around 10kg naturally in a month then started a cycle again with 500mg test and 500mg eq a month ago. I now weight 90kg around 15-17% bodyfat i suppose (abs still visible) again i couldn’t upload the pics.
I’m seeking opinions if i should add more potent anabolic agent or agents to my cycle to speed up the progress . I’m scared of using deca because of it’s possible sides (i’m thinking i’m hyper responding to anabolics and experiencing all the sides so fast)
I can add anadrol 50mg a day maybe or tren with the eq and continue with it but can’t be sure really. I would like to fasten this progress a bit because i know eq is slowly building up and i personally don’t like the RBC thing comes with it as well.
Every opinion is welcome. And thank you for reading my post.

Looks like you got great results the first time…how was your pct and recovery. If it isn’t broke, don’t fix it. I’d run it again and see if you get a similar response. With only one cycle under your belt, your receptors are still prime and I bet you can duplicate that success. My initial thoughts anyways, save the big guns for later down the road (if you indeed go that way).

My goal is to keep around 105 107kg weight without needing to cut a lot with an acceptable bodyfat all year around. I can say classic physique style. I know my muscles arent mature yet its just around 9 months of previous work totally.
An experienced point of view would be awesome.

Thank you for the reply. I had some irl issues and couldnt do any pct but kept the most of gains for around 5 months after with no training. I know thats stupid but my life was mess and i regret it when i look back. My libido was increasing and decreasing and took like a year to be fully functional again.

Welcome to being human, I like you already.
Your goals are doable and pct or cruising is key. Good recognition of past failures and successes tells me you’re in tune. I’m just some dude though (a boomer according to some )
Truly though, some great fellas here. Post your stats, your goals, your ideas and be open to what you hear. Take it or leave it. Have thick skin and you’ll be rewarded. The ones who have been around are some of the best (I think so anyways). This place helped me immensely and it’s nice to help pay it back

You’ve got a great wide build (no homo) wide chest too, your muscle memory will come back quickly. Your before and after pics are evident. I’d repeat your process, follow the same game plan except PCT and do some blood work before, during and after

I would say at best you are 15% but holding quite a bit of water. My opinion on this never changes, never use oral steroids esp harsh ones in the off season, orals are for competition only and never more then 4 weeks. You look great, good structure, good size, legs need work. Love Deca and with Deca you do not need much, just run 200mg a week, that is enough.

Excellent progress! Agree with the guys above. Rinse and repeat.
Always better to keep things moderate and safe imho. I'd rather see someone stay on lower doses that don't require ancillaries for a longer term than short, heavy cycles that can much more easily impact your health.

There is a real simple solution: don't run deca . The mental part of life is real. And there is no law that says we all have to run ALL of the compounds!

I would add Primo or EQ, love primo but these drugs will not make you massive is a short span but why rush it.

Now NPP is really tempting. I’ve done some research and users are generally happy with the results and noticeably shorter ester. If i try tho, would it be wise to pin twice a week with the rest of my loser stack instead of EOD?

Maybe thinking to try NPP (scared face) but i’m not sure if it will be ok to pin it twice a week instead of EOD which makes me sick. Half life is 4.5 days i suppose it’d be a little bit more deficient in the day 3 but not really sure, i may need professional advice

If youre just trying to get back from it, probably a single compound of lower dose will do it.
Why rush it? Thats what I would do personally.
Save the EQ for next time . I will say though, you respond damn good to gear.
And if youre really worrief about deca ,dont even bother. There are plenty of better compounds imo than 19-nors.
In the end you have to look at the risk to benefit ratio.
You have tried test and Eq.
Did you get blood work to see where they put you healthwise and remedy any occuring problems?
If alp fared well from those compounds,like others said,why change it?

Thanks for your comments. Well when i started again and everytime i look at my pics i just want to get there and beyond asap )) But what you say is the wise thing to do. I too agree that going slower with lower doses is much better for health and the real tissue is more important than the visual appearance.
I have done bloodwork every month on my previous cycle and beginning of this cycle as well. Everything was quite normal back then. I had little bit more RBC than the normal range eq didn’t affect my rbc much no headache or high bp, hdl ldl were little above and under limits and creatinine was above the limit, e2 was was 2x of the normal range (i have naturally high e2) As of now, before i started this cycle all my stats were in range, Total test was close to the max. I will give bloodwork in few days since it has been a month. But still i don’t feel any issues right now. Blood pressure is around 127-75.
I was tempted by NPP but i will continue with these for now. thank you again for your great comments.

Never used any of them. But sometimes i check reddit posts and probably Tbol is mostly recommended among bb’ers.

Got it now thanks currently im trying to eat 4x bodyweight carbs around 350g and 2.5 proteins around 230gr and 50 70gr fat. But i feel that the carbs are filling my belly and losing the abs little if i keep the ratio for 5 days straight. Iam cutting carbs by half for two days and abs being visible again. Should i increase proteins when cutting carbs ? Or do you think is it sufficient to go as it is?

Hello everyone,
Wanted to update my lil adventure
At the end of the 1st month i decided to stop using roids due to some health concerns and postponed until i feel better.
Meanwhile i uploaded pics of current status month by month. The last 2 pics with shirt on are the latest.
This is my 6th month since the beginning (roid free for 5 months) and im feeling so much better and pretty happy with the current results. No bpm increases no hair shedding no excessive sweating. Currently 92kg - 202pounds right now
I would like to ask about your opinions regarding continuing roid free or start using at some point from your perspective guys. I do not think i would go beyond that size without roids or maybe am i wrong?
I'd be glad if you shoot your honest and unforgiving harsh opinions
