    Couple of obvious problems here.

First, I doubt your diet is "good". You are probably lacking water intake. Fix that.

Second, that is way way too much adex, unless you are treating breast cancer. Stop doing that. If your adex is real, you will feel horrible in a short time.

BTW, can't really tell if this is a troll or not. Assuming not, but we have been getting a lot of people posting about breast cancer dosing of AI lately...

I was taking arimidex 1 mg once every 4 days. When the water retention did not stop, I increased the dose. now I will use 1 mg in 4 days again.

If you want less side effects and better results then spread out the dose of Sustanon . Take 125mg 2x a week, or take an even lower dose EOD of Sustanon (IE. 0.03ml = 75mg).

Your Arimadex dose is way too high, it is not a tool to prevent water retention, other tools are better and safer.

Dandelion root is a over the counter diuretic.

250mg of sustanon once a week, how did you come up with this?

    All you answers are above

    Shoot twice a week

Try to get test E or C

    Dandelion root

    Increase water intake

Getting blood work done when shooting sus once a week is a waste in my opinion
