    Fatigue on steroids

I had hoped that steroids would make me have more energy in everyday life.
It has probably become the opposite.
I'm in my 40s and this is starting to become a problem.

    I use Testo e 300mg a week.
    1500iu HCG
    20mg mk 677.

Mk can cause tiredness, so have cut this out, but still just as tired.
    HCG can cause fatigue, right?
I have increased the dose from 500iu a week to 1500iu a week.

Are there any other tips and advice from fattigue on steroids? This could come from all sorts of things, so it's probably hard to say.
Would like to hear about experiences from others.
My job is sedentary and I don't exercise extremely much either.
    6 to 4 sessions of 1 hour.
It has also been less when I have been tired.

Sorry for the disappointment. Steroid clinic advertising often sells the bogus idea of boosting energy(/mojo), largely false. Overdosing on testosterone therapy sets users on a fast-track for sleeping disorders as their necks increase in size, CPAP becomes mandatory for many. Never heard of hcg causing fatigue. 20mg of MK677 is a massive dose, good to knock that out of rotation. Donate blood often?

Are you cycling? Or are you taking 300mg of test as a TRT dose? Because if it's a TRT thing, that's way too high of a dose. And if you're taking it as a cycle, you're not really taking enough to benefit from it, but you're still putting yourself in harm's way with sides.

You might want to make a donation at a bloodbank like 956Vette suggested.

    Cut the HCG in half.
    Dump the mk.
Wait about 6 weeks for the "kick".
Maybe jumpstart your trt with test p.

You are using a long ester, which can shut you down before it kicks in. I assure you, from my experience with c, in 4 to 6 weeks, you WILL feel 200mg per week. I'm combining test cream and 75mg test C, and the test C has kicked in now for sure. Started the C about 6 weeks ago, so...

If he's going to do the TRT thing, he should just go to one of those clinics, where they'll get him on a reasonable effective dosage to treat his low T AND do the necessary bloodwork at regular intervals.

    100%

I have just experienced this myself. As you know, Vette, I was struggling with sleep apnea for a bit and upon your recommendation I ended up getting a CPAP. Since my 15 lb weight loss and coming off TRT for fertility purposes, I feel better than I have in years. I don't need a CPAP anymore and I wake up feeling great. I sleep mostly throughout the night, whereas before I was waking up every 15 minutes. I have way more energy.

But it's not just the steroids /TRT. Obsessively lifting weight 4-5 times a week is going to affect your energy. Your body doesn't know the difference between working hard labor in a field or lifting heavy ass weights in the gym. That is wear and tear on your body and organs. The older I get, the more I tone things down. I have to live with me for the rest of my life.
