My brain has been absolutely scrambled lately… and I’m having a huge brain fart on hcg reconstitution. It’s been awhile since I’ve been on it so forgive me. I have always mixed 2mls of bac water with a 5000iu vial of hcg and I would inject .2ml 2x a week for a total of 500ius per week.

Today I only mixed in 1ml with my 5000iu vial. This should put the concentration at 500ius per .1ml correct?

Let's do the math, because I think your dosing has been wrong.

5000iu / 2ml = 2500iu per ml
.2ml aka one fifth of 2500 is 500iu.
So you were dosing a 1000iu per week.

Now, lets take a look at your current situation.
Add 1ml of bacstat
use the above math

- OR -

draw .05ml to get 250iu at the 5000iu / 1ml concentration.

Appreciate the reply! I think I was actually doing .1ml 2x a week with it mixed 2ml/5000ius, which I believe ended up being a total of 500ius a week. Like I said, it’s been awhile lol and between working non stop and two kids (a baby and one in their terrible 2’s) my mind is all over the place lol. Thanks for clearing it up for me cylon!
