before starting I was at about 230 and about 18-20% body fat. Been going hard for a little while now 5 days a week on the iron and 3-4 on cardio. I usually do some cardio on sat. after i get a glimpse of myself in the mirror.

i am assuming you are giving us an update on your progress. if so, thats great man. keep the cardio at 4 days a week. keep it up!!![]()
