I had laser surgery 4 weeks ago the doc said I was cleared to workout again. I just started another cycle yesterday 500mg test and 40mg anavar? Is this safe? I'm recovered from lasik but my night vision isn't perfect there's still a little glare.

Your doc will probably know better than anyone here, but he likely doesn't have all the info. I'm guessing that you told them "doc, is it OK if I start lifting weights again", not "doc, I wanna squat bench and deadlift till I puke". An important clarification because of "intraocular pressure", but all those words have more than exhausted my knowledge of this subject.
In other words, be careful! Maybe check what the real recovery times are, like when would it be safe to fly in a plane or do some sea diving. That's all I got...
Is taking excessive steroids safe? Ask your dr
I’ve worked in eye care for over a decade. If you were fine before lasik, then you’re fine now. Your “flap” is healed and is completely different than IOP (inter ocular pressure) that has to do with fluid as a result on glaucoma. Your refractive surgeon incised a tiny flap on your ocular surface, and it’ll heal in less than weeks time…I’m which case you can resume “normal activities”. A month is beyond cautious and you won’t have any concerns. It’s only an issue if you’re a fighter pilot, in which care they would do a procedure called PRK. So if you’re not planning on pulling 6 G’s in a jet, then you can start squatting and pressing
Yeah makes sense so far everything is good I'm not maxing out or anything just doing sets of 5 at the highest. Just trying to play it safe I probably should've waited a bit before starting the steroids but so far everything seems good.
