    From TRT to cycle

    Hi guys,
    I'm 43M, I am on TRT for a 6 months now, and I'm dialed in with a 150mg/week of Cypionate 250. This puts me with 10,5 ng/ml (2,8-8,0) and 45pg/ml of E2(12-44). Everything above 150 gives me increased E2 symptoms and annoying bacne. Big and painful pimples starts to appear when my E2 reaches > 60pg/ml. However when I was on 250mg/week (by accident) I liked how my body reacted to exercises when my T levels were ~22ng/ml. This gave me idea of try the first cycle with proper E2 management in mind. I am thinking of 12-16 wk cycle with 300mg Testosterone and 150mg of Masteron together and HCG on top. I was thinking to use Primo in the first place, but I have no access to the reliable UGL source.

    Other option was to lower T dosage to 150, add 75mg of NPP on top, but I am not sure how this would impact E2 and how much I should add Masteron to the mix. I'd like to avoid aromasin , as my liver does not reacts well to this and I need to take at least a half of tablet every day to fight increased E2 when it reaches 100pg/ml. WDYT guys about both ideas, and how you would setup this first cycle? Both options will most probably triple my current T level.

    My bf is approx 18% with 95kg and 185cm (6'1") and my lifts are decent. I am training in the gym, also doing calisthenics and some cardio. In total 4 trainings a week, which is a lot as I have time constraints like most of the busy guys after 40.

    My goal is to put some extra muscles.

    What you are describing is commonly know as "blast and cruise", something pretty common on this board for those of us that are on TRT. You increase your dose and / or add other compounds during your "blast" then reduce to your normal dose for the "cruise" portion.

    For me, the combination of masteron and proviron (even at low doses) more than kept my estrogen in check. I would say you could start with 300mg Test and 100mg Masteron and move the doses around from there. There are a lot of different opinions on Test to Mast ratios... some prefer 1 to 1, 2 to 1, and here I am recommending 3 to 1. That 3 to 1 is just to see how you respond... you could go ahead and do the 150 mast with the 300 test, but I like (to at least say) that I err on the side of caution.

    Masteron is one of my absolute favorites! Last time I ran it I bumped up my TRT to 250mg/wk (prescribed less) and added Masteron prop at 700mg/wk. Excellent! That may be way too high of Masteron for your cycle history and goals but just reporting what I did. I've never used NPP, but used deca many times and not much of a fan, and it doesn't sound like it fits here. I would stick with a DHT like masteron, winstrol , primo and get follow-up bloodwork and see how it affected your E2, I think you will find it controls it nicely.

    Masterone is an FDA approved anti-estrogenic therapy, it also happens to have some nice androgenic properties as well. As the lads mentioned, it does great at keeping estrogen in check and may be the answer to your problem. That’s not to say it doesn’t have its own issues…hairline impact mostly but it can be hepatotoxic.

    It’s going to take some self experimentation to find out what works for you, so I’d definitely have an ancillary on hand in case your E2 blows up when you bump your test. The other option (as mentioned) would be to keep your test right above TRT and blast some primo alongside with the mast and avoid estrogenic compounds in general. Like Mike, I’ve only run Deca (not it’s cousin NPP) but have had some luck with it.

    Anytime you play with 19Nors, you start to gamble with your pleasure stick and things like proviron need to come onboard. It’s gets tricky when you start playing with your hormones…especially at our age.

    It’s definitely doable though and I’d advise you to start low and slow and really nail down your diet. You’d be amazed at what dropping hour BF% from 18 to 12 can do for muscle aesthetics.
