Effect of oxandrolone on test production / supression ( study)

So i found this study

They had 4 groups: Placebo, 20 mg / day, 40 mg and 80 mg. For 12 weeks’ and they measured theyr test etc. markers before and after.

I add the chart with the info below. Im too dumb to read it though, could anyone decipher for me please what this means. ( im interested in how supressive oxandrolone is on natural test production )Thanks!

Simply means it's effective at gaining body mass.
The more you take the more you potentially can gain.
The longer you take it, the more it suppresses your body's own testosterone production.
Odd how their conclusion in no way reiterates the negative effects stated in the results.....

Thanks for the replys guys. Let me clarify what i meant to ask, sorry english is not my main language. In the chart I added it shows what the extent of the supression is when you take anavar 20, 40 or80 mg daily. But i cant understand the numbers written there. I want to know how much the groups were supressed... especially those who took 20 and 40 mg a day. Like how much lower theyr free and overall test etc. was after the cycle. Those numbers there i cant understand.

Also what does the P and n line mean in the chart?
