    Your first cycle

    At what age did you do your first cycle and why? Also what type of physical condition was your body in prior to the cycle and what was the outcome afterwards?

    Not sure how to delete thread. Didn’t realize I was under nutrition & supplements. I reposted this under steroids .

    I was about 150 lb lean and 20 years old had been training a year. Some buddies were doing it and I wanted some size. I had no idea how to eat for gains and not really a mind muscle connection but I still grew like a weed. I wouldnt suggest going this route I may add

    I was 35, been training about 3 years. I was scared of needles most of my life, so did an oral only cycle. Knew nothing of dieting but gained 50lbs on my bench press so at that naive age I considered it a win. Lol

    Thankfully I did research enough to do pct and had no side affects from anything I took.

    I was around 24 Powerlifting in the USMC when I was introduced to AAS.I did Dbol and test.I dont suggest that for a 1st cycle now.But that was in the early 80s.

    Awesome, honest response man. Yea that eating correctly is definitely needed. It’s hard to understand that at 20 years old when you have all this garbage food surround you.

    Awesome. I’m pretty scared of the side effects, trying to study and learn all I can prior to taking the dive (hence the reason for this thread).

    I’ve done decided I’m going to only do Test my first cycle, but have yet to decide on the correct PCT to take and usage of them… I know there’s some good threads here

    Semper Fi, served 06-10. So you had a decent start it sounds like powerlifting in the Corps. Yea I’m going to run Test and test only for my first cycle. Really just need to see how my body reacts to it and then later down the road may stack Dbol . The stack is a long ways down the road though. Thanks for the information.

    I was about 28, had been lifting since I was a teen and I was finally like "I'm going to do this" and so I got some superdrol off a website. I gained strength quickly and put on a few pounds (not as much as I was expecting to). But mostly I had horrible headaches, lethargy and lower back pain. It literally felt like somebody took a sledgehammer to my lumbar section of spine. Then of course afterwards I quickly lost everything I gained and then some and I waited probably a year before I did a real test-only cycle.

    Aren't you on trt? Or going on it? If so, you won't need to run a pct. Just blast and then when your cycle is over, drop back down to your trt dose.

    Plenty of threads here explaining that.

    So was all the sides affect’s because of the Superdrol? I’m assuming that it was.

    Also, hosed the next cycle go with the Test only?

    Yes, but I haven’t started yet. I’m just asking questions and trying to study for myself. Which you did bring up a question that I did have in mind. Can you run a cycle and then simply drop down to the TRT level & without running a PCT?

    I had thoughts of just saving my TRT so that I could a 12 week cycle (as I don’t know a legit place to order Test).

    Any advice I’m open for it. Thank you

    This is known as "blast and cruise" when you are on trt. You "blast" at a higher dose or with add ons for a few weeks or so, then drop down and "cruise" at your trt dose.

    Note that some of our trt doses look a little bit like a blast, but if the bloodwork looks good, rock on!

    Yeah, the sides were all the superdrol. You literally feel like you're sick on it. I had bloodwork done while I was on it too and my total test was in the low double digits. It might've been placebo, but my libido at the beginning was off the charts on it.

    To be honest though, the strength gains were so good, if you can stand the awful sides (and if you supplement them with test) and your BP and RBC don't get too out of control, it might be worth doing. I'm not going to say to do it, because I'll never touch that shit again in my life, but yeah.

    But let me tell you, on that shit, you'll feel like you're really sick 24/7 for the entire cycle.

    I'll tell you this much. The reason you have TRT is to treat a low-test condition. If you're not going to take your medicine or as much as you're supposed to take, you're just going to suffer from low-test again. For what? You're going to suffer from low-t all year just so you can blast some gear for a few weeks? I'm sure some people will disagree with me, but I don't think it's worth it.

    You're better off waiting until you can find a dealer that you trust. Or better yet, just don't do gear. I mean what are you hoping to get from it? Some lean muscle mass? Push heavier weights? As far as AAS go, they do take a toll on your body. Take a look at some of the threads on here or on other steroid sites where you have some middle age men with some serious health problems. Is that extra 10lbs of muscle worth not getting to live long enough to see your kids grow up and have kids? The 28-year-old me would've never thought about that stuff. The 42-year-old me does.
