Should I lower my test dose?

So I've been cruising on 250mg test per week for about 4 months now, I'm feeling and looking great, and man have I put on some serious size and strength... But sadly, I have my next endo appt coming up in April and have to do bloods, so have to get back down to my script dose of 100mg per week so the doc doesn't flip out on me.

Should I just say fuck it and just leave it at where it is and just tell my endo that I'm feeling better on this dose?

When I'm on my script TRT dose of 100mg per week and my test levels average around 500ish (196-636), so would assume my cruise dose of 250mg my test levels will prob be in the 1000-1200 range.

What should I do? I don't want to come down to that script dose and lose everything that I've gained.

Two factors here. First, what will your doc do if your numbers are way up? Second, where are ALL of your numbers right now?

If your doc will flip out, drop your dose. Of they are cool with a little extracurricular, then leave it.

You don't really know where your numbers are now. They may be way out of line and unsustainable.

So.... you could order some basic blood work now and address the second item. Bloods are the only way to be sure. This would provide input to addressing the first item as well.

You'll lose little. Pull bloods like Cy mentioned and be prepared for your endo visit. The last thing you want to do is ruin your relationship with your Dr.

Now, asking if the dosage could be tweaked is a conversation you may want to initiate. Personally, I would not tell him you feel better when you double your injection dosage, but you know your Dr., I don't.

Just want to say that the doctor may very well drop your prescribed dose if you dont get it back to his expected baseline. That would be devastating to me if that happened, not sure about you. I found my sweet spot cruising at 125mgs a week in between blasts and didnt have to use any AI, which for some (me for sure) made me feel rough. Achy joints, depression, things of that nature. I also prefer my estrogen to be a little high because I do feel much better and I'm a much kinder person. To each his own, but I think 250 a week is too much to cruise on, especially if your prescribed dose that keeps you in the normal ranges is much less.

My real cruise test dose is 175-225mg weekly

I just got on trt, she gave me 200mg of cyp every other week

I’m due in for blood work and very 6 months - my plan is to drop to 100mg weekly for a minimum of 3 weeks prior to my BW. Maybe, I’ll stretch the shots apart even longer cause I’m really gonna try to get her to give me a 1cc vial per week(200mg)

Fuck coming in with high numbers, imo
