I like mast, though I have only used it at like 60mg per week with 125mg test. The combination of it and 25mg proviron tanked my estrogen, but it is a great compound IMO. I would start with a lower dose, like maybe 100mg per week with your 250 test.Quote:

I would run bloodwork before during and after, but I really dont' see the point in cruising at 100mg (and I'm assuming it's enth?). Why not use halo and/or abombs on the lead to your meets?Quote:

You really only start to notice any benefits from mast at higher doses & low bf% - I’ve ran enough of it, so it’s from experience

Now, I have never run massive amounts of gear, so maybe in comparison, yeah, it might not bring that much. And even the low dose I ran played with skewed some blood work numbers a bit, so definitely a good idea to have your numbers right and tight before heading in.
If you're going to add a little something to a cruise make it low dose deca.
agree with this. I'm running 175mg deca a week with my trt. Mast like other DHT does have some AI like properties if you're estrogen is high that would be the only purpose i could think of adding it to a cruise. But like others have said. So many better options. My next short blast is gonna be tbol I get a lot out of it even though people say its mildQuote:

OP, your cruise dose is 250mg per week? That seems high...
I probably would not try to cruise on mast, the dose to avoid sides would likely be so low you might not notice it. Mast totally makes sense for a blast, though, depending on your goals.
You might look at primo to cruise on, expect it to be more $$ Might be worth it to you, though.
I think of Deca as a cheap substitute for primo for a cruise + it seems to b more effective at lower doses
