    Aromasin vs Arimedex

    Aromasin is more expensive.

I have read that Aromasin raises IGF levels, while Arimedex lowers this.
    Is that right?
How much can Aro raise IGF levels.?

    Other differences?

What is the dose difference? I use 0.5mg Ari per week. What will this be for Aromasin?

You really need to determine your dosage based on your sensitive E2 values.

I was wondering if 1mg of arimedex is equivalent to 25mg of aromasin ?
A blood test must be taken.

Generally people prefer aromasin because its a suicidal inhibitor. Where as arimidex is not.
Aromasin is easier to dose throughout the cycle because it will NOT result in estro rebound like arimidex does.
Higher e2 levels in men are healthy, protective to the brain, and builds muscle. Aromatise inhibitors (AI) are NOT healthy.

High e2 is better than low e2 for muscle building so let your e2 rise as much as you comfortably can on a cycle.
Aromasin does increase IGF levels. However you should only take it when you start having unbearable sides of high e2.
E2 raises IGF as well. There is no need to take aromasin because it raises IGF. You can crash your e2 very fast if you overdo it.

IF you are not a very seasoned steroid user there is no way to guess if the sides you are feeling are actually from high e2.
IF you're feeling unbearable side effects and you think it's from high e2 do your bloodwork first to see where your e2 is at before using AI.

Always do bloodwork before, during, and after a cycle to see where your e2 level is at. You might not need it. If you do need it for some it's 12,5mg once to two times per week. While others have to take only 6,25mg once to two times per week. Where as others don't need any aromasin at all and can comfortably blast without the need for AI.

This solely depends if you are a high aromatizer or not and how well you can tolerate high e2 levels and the possible side effects that come with it. Crashed e2 is the worst feeling in the world and it can take a long time to come back up. If you really need to take it start with 6.25mg (1/4 of a pill) or 12.5mg (1/2 pil) 1 to 2 times per week. And don't forget Aromasin needs to be taken with a high fatty meal.

Just remember E2 is healthy. Aromatise inhibitors are not. And E2 is good for muscle building.

Everybody is different in how their body behaves. I need 1mg of armidex every couple days on 500mg a week test, whilst Larry Wheels did 2000mg with nothing and he was fine.

Neither are a diuretic . It's how well estrogen levels are managed that determines how well bloating is controlled.

Since this is the AAS sub, not the TRT one, I would suggest a DHT derivative in lieu of an AI. That way, you can get both estrogen control and a bit of anabolic impact. Masteron or Primo or even Var can do the job, depending on your individual response. Those drugs aren't without their own sides, but they are well understood AND bring additional benefit over just an AI.

i prefer aromasin because it is a suicide inhibitor, meaning it will bind to the aromatase enzyme peramantly and therefore has no rebound effect. I dont believe anastrozole (aka arimidex ) has much of a rebound effect though. but ive heard letrozole does.

unfortunately i know nothing about aromasin's effects on IGF levels
