    Keep pulling muscles

I’m on Anavar and hgh for about 4 weeks and have incorporated test prop 600mg/week about 15 days ago

Since then I keep getting what I feel are knots or muscle pulls a few times a day. Yesterday happened in both my traps just randomly. Today happened in both my glutes at end of workout and wasn’t even working out the glutes! Happened in my groin and back as well.

I thought it might have been a hydration issue but Im drinking a lot of water and even incorporated electrolytes.

    Any thoughts on this?

GH has been known to cause some cramping. You didn't start feeling these side effects until starting the prop?

How much is "alot of water"

Where are you injecting? If glutes and that amount of prop you could experience some knots there.

Have you run that high of a prop dose before?

How bad are these muscle spams you're having? Are they painful and if so how bad is the pain?

Have you tried going to an urgent care or an ER to get treatment for them? You don't have to (and you probably shouldn't) tell them you're on gear in order for them to treat you.

Usually, what they'll do is hook you up to an IV and give you a saline drip. If that doesn't work, you could see your PCP and complain about frequent muscle spasm. He'll probably tell you to drink more water and get electrolytes first. And if that doesn't work, the next course of action will be muscle relaxers.

Honestly, don't go out of your way to get muscle relaxers if you really don't have to. They're addictive.

    Thank you for the replies.

They are muscle pulls and or knots developing but not spasms.

You guys have both alluded to this also being a hydration issue. I am going to add pink salt to my water and will double my electrolytes to see how I do.

I also develop many muscle knots amd tense points.

Sometimes it's just from overuse, particularly if we pick up intensity or weight rapidly.

I find massaging them out quite aggressively over a few days helps, while continuing with training as before. Eventually they disapate and less likely to return (in my own experience).

Anavar does this to me sometimes. I always thought it was because var gives me the craziest pumps.

Ive also experienced this from cialis. Same concept i assumed. Never bad enough to affect my day to day tho.
