I DO see a child in the picture as a motivator to step back, drop back to a TRT level dosage, if you are actually on a managed TRT, and not just running around blasting hormones here and there. Get your blood work in line and honestly, learn how to avoid putting yourself in situations like this.

Edit: Not hating, but you have quite a lengthy history of backing yourself into a corner rather regularly. Just a quick look at your post history show a trend.

Yea for sure man def a work in progress. The last 3 years I've just stuck with trt and getting bloods regularly with small blasts in the summer. After this I finally have a trt clinic I will be using in September.

Good. Keep trying to educate yourself on what you need to do to be there for your family. I read in an older post you were diagnosed with SVT. Do you tend to be anxious or are you treated for anxiety? The question is just really for my own curiosity. Also, there's no shame in it if you are; I was just wondering. If you do want to discuss it, just let it lay.

If you haven't already, I would highly recommend spending some time reading the "sticky" threads in the TRT forum before you start up with your TRT provider/clinic. Particularly the one below:

    https://forums.steroid.com/hormone-r...physician.html

There are good TRT Drs. and TRT providers out there and then there are those that simply "provide" and don't do too well in regards to your health.
There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

Bro......I'm so anxious lmao. Honestly so much better from when I was a kid. I'm a firefighter as well so the sleeping habits and stuff from that doesn't help much. All a work in progress like you said. I was not diagnosed with svt but Dr believes it could be that. Being treated for that by metaprolol. Did echo and all looked good and wore monitor and they didn't find anything.

Steroids impact cholesterol, even primo does this, though to a lesser degree. Other than ldl, the numbers look fine. I would not be concerned about it at this time. When you drop to trt doses, the levels should normalize.

How is your diet, BTW? Needs to be on point during cycle and or blasts.

I would NOT add or switch to masteron at this point, though. Of the two, primo is the less harsh on numbers.

The number we are really waiting on here is your estrogen. Let's see where that lands.

In short, nothing troubling or unexpected so far.

This was at the start of my cycle. I think just 200 mg test. But it was the first week so this was suppose to be my baseline labs before the cycle. So prob gonna go back to trt and get everything sorted out but was surprised why it was so high on just trt dose.

So ultra sensitive e2 came back at 24 which suggests to me that the primo is legit since I aromatise on anything higher than 150mgs test.

So all bloods seem to have come back good. Not sure exactly what to do. Any suggestions. Maybe it's just the extra test that's raising the BP? Should I drop the dosages to 150 mg test and 100 mg primo a week or just drop it and go back to trt?

We have run through the various options on next steps, from drop to trt to carry on.

Your bloodwork surprises no one. There is nothing unexpected or particularly horrible there.

Your BP MAY be an issue, but that is kind of expected, too. Maybe your body just doesn't respond well to primo. You may need to retest BP and confirm it is consistently elevated.

All that said, what do YOU think you should do? None of us live in your head, meaning we don't know how you are really feeling or what life throws at you each day.

This is on the 200 test 200 primo
Thanks yea I'm either leaving towards lowering the doses or just stopping and doing trt. I really liked how primo kept my e2 in check that's why I kind of want to run it 100 mgs

One option would be to source more Lisinopril to use while on cycle.
I'd make keeping BP in line a priority, on or off cycle.

Yea I mean I could take 40 mgs instead of 20 mgs. Or cut one of the 20s in half for 30 but not sure if I can cut them perfectly even.

Or you can go to the doctor for high blood pressure while you're on this cycle. He'll probably order a CBC, but he'd also prescribe you another BP med. To get you to an OK level. Then after you cycle ends just revert back to your original medication. Don't admit to being on gear though

Without blood work, this makes it difficult to determine which, if any, of these things are at fault.

How long after you made the changes did you start seeing issues?
Also was looking back on my labs before I started the blast and just on trt my hematocrit was 56.5! The highest it's ever been and really worried me. However a week before it was 51. And recently donated and last blood work a week ago showed 48. How could it be almost 57 and change that much. It was a different lab that did the testing. Same reference range though so no idea what happened.

Have been experiencing more headaches and dizziness and tires which are symptoms of high RBC. But not sure if it's just in my head.

There's something wrong with the methodology or they mixed your labs up with someone else.

Look back at post #39. I questioned the accuracy or whether you had done a recent large self-phlebotomy.
