Taking anavar for short time to help with recovery?

So.. ive been working alot lately, only 1 rest day per week for third week straight. Alot of carrying heavy shit and pulling stuff up with a rope and wheel aparatus i dont know how to name it in english. The point is i feel like my elbows and forearms getting a little too sore since the volume im getting is pretty high and having problem recovering. Im afraid this might trigger the golfers elbow again that took almost a year for me to get rid off.

I was wandering, if i took a litte anavar for short term, couple days or a week, would that help me recover better? If yes what dosages would you recomend?

I have some anavar left from when i was taking it

I've seen studies that suggest that testosterone could help with treating tendonitis. But I've had plenty of sore tendons (not just in my elbow) to know that gear doesn't really fix it. What you want to do is rest your elbow and ice it. If it's really bad, get a cortisone shot. You can also take ibuprofen or naproxen (it might help a little). The doctor's office would be able to give you a shot of Toradol which will give you pretty instant relief (within 15 mins), but after like 6 to 8 hours you'll be back to where you are right now.

Corticosteroids help tremendously more than AAS. Might want to look into those

No, that is a comptete misuse of anavar.

Use elbow sleves if not already and/or cut back on volume (at least for a while)

He really just needs to take a few days off to let it rest.

I had something similar last year. Tip of my elbow hurt like someone hit me with a sledge hammer. Took almost a year for it to get better. Even taking a around 2 months off around Christmas didn't help much. Just took time.
