Game plan
I can’t sleep and couldn’t think of a better title.
I was kinda curious what everyone’s plan is on here. Do any of you plan on ever putting down the anabolics, at least to a legit trt dose? If so when and why?
Also, how many of you have done so already?
Personally, I’m gonn need to get on trt again, and I’ll probably run some mild cycles here and there, but nothing crazy. After this past year of having to regain fertility and getting off everything, it kinda put things in perspective for me.

Been off gear a long time. No TRT yet, no blood work but feel good, sex drive is fine.
No plans to ever go back on maybe TRT when the time comes.
See what I can do naturally.Last edited by stocky121; 09-01-2023 at 06:15 AM. Reason: Spelling

I love my TRT, but I’m fortunate in that I can use my AAS and it doesn’t use me. At 100-150 mg./week (depending on the aggressiveness of my current routine), keeps me happy. At 100, my libido is very calm (not dead) and I like it that way. I don’t plan on future cycles, but am toying with the idea of going back onto 1-2 iu of HGH again. Good luck TM.

My plan is to take a step back in aas & training when I "retire" from competing. I'll likely go to a push/pull/legs, still follow a coach rx'ed nutrition plan but have a little more flexibility.
AAS will be cut back to TRT and maybe some additional test & mast.
As of today I am taking competing one season @ a time. Right now competing is still challenging & I still enjoy it.

I haven't done anything except my trt since getting sick. I don't plan on ever running cycles again (unless my health changes for the better).
As far as training and diet goes, if I have a heavy protein-rich diet for a day, I'll get bad nausea and same thing if I push real hard in the gym. So I've been popping Zofrans like candy and taking it one day at a time. I'll end up combining workouts on days where I'll do chest/biceps one day, back/deadifts another legs and shoulder/chest/biceps another. Sometimes I skip a day here or there depending on how I'm feeling.

my game plan can be summarized as follows.
I got into AAS in my early 20s, ran it hard and heavy for a few years, then quit and trained naturally for 10 years. in a seemingly random incident i was offered the opportunity to get back into it, so i did. i ran two cycles, then got on TRT. after a year on TRT i started blasting again, and have been doing so ever since. I plan to run it hard and heavy for at least another 10 years, then slow it down to milder blast cycles, running compounds like primo, test enanthate and masteron probably keeping the total mgs to 500/week or less.
As of right now it is on, blast cycles at a minimum of 1 gram/week, some approaching 2 grams/week.Last edited by JTP$; 09-04-2023 at 04:21 AM.
