    Creatine and Gear

    Just curious, you know for my research project....Any reason not to use creatine when on gear? Any extra benefits of using it when on?

    You can use creatine while on gear but, as with most stuff, your body gets used to it and it becomes less effective over time. Creatine should be used for like maybe 2 months then you need to stay off it for awhile.
    SO. Stay off it while on gear and when you are off gear just LOAD up on creatine.
    Basically think of creatine as a substitute for gear.

    no point using creatine while on juice. ur gonna gain weight and get stronger. why keep water rention high from creatines volumization effect ? also as bermich stated ur body gets used to it !
    also its a definite no if u are gonna be using oral like anadrol or d-bol ! too much stress on the liva !

    would you take creatine during or after PCT?

    Well.I'm going to be using creatine as a sort of bridge...I dont believe in the load up crap..so when I'm done with my last injection I will start the creatine..It usually take me a few weeks to feel creatine...I hope this will keep my strength up till my next cycle!

    I always use creatine while on or off, I never come off it.

    Um. That is basically what laoding up on creatine is. But termanology however you would like. Yes bridging with creatine is what I meant.
