**Cycle question** help appreciated

Hey guys, question:

I am 131lbs, 5'7". My cycle started yesterday, looking to gain 20 - 30lbs and this is my first cycle.

Russian Meth D-Bols @ 5 weeks
30 MG ed

QV Deca 300 @ 10 weeks
400MG a week

QV Enan 250 @ 10 weeks
500MG a week

Clomid

start 3 weeks after last injection

Nolvadex - use on hand

My question is in regards to the Dbols, many say to take dbols in a pyramid like fashion or 2 pills every few hours or so until 30MG is reached, but I have also heard that taking all 30MG 1 1/2 hour to 2 hour before workout is better becuase of half life. Can anyone shed any light on this and or give a better solution. Thanks.

Hey bro, the best way to run the dbol id sprrad out to keep ur levels as even as possible. Taking them all at once spikes ur levels and then u run the risk of sides.

one more thing could you suggest times to take lets say i workout around 7 730?

No worries bro, id split the dose up @ 10mgs 3 times during the day. 10mgs am, 10mgs afternoon, and 10mgs before u workout. I prefer to run 20mgs of Nolvadex throughout any cycle rather then l-dex. But thats a personal thing. good luck!!
