Yes, Tuna is great but salmon is better but more expensive. Wild salmon is best dont buy farm raised.
As for tuna, excellent source of protein and fats if done in olive oil omega 3s help too and then for carbs rice is very inexpensive. I always do jasmine.
I have cut my tuna intake down alot just bc of mercury being a potential risk. I honestly prefer fish over chicken or beef. Jay Cutler said fish diet was his best shape ever as well
If you haven't already, get you some steelhead filets with the skin on and grill it. It's awesome. Kind of like salmon, but with a little less punch/ fishy taste.
Sam's has filets that will make quite a few servings or if you want to try like a pound, Publix has it @ their seafood counter.
Unfortunately, they're both farm raised/sustainably harvested, but it tastes great. Rainbow and steelhead are basically the same fish, but steelhead suits my taste buds!
