    Hey all! first post here

    I’ve been on Trt for 3 years now. Finally tuned in pretty well
    I currently inject daily
    About 10mg im test cyp
    Gonadorelin 500 daily
    ​No ai for the past 3 months (it was killing my libido along w other issues)
    With this regimen i run
    850 total t
    E2 around 30
    Free t 200

    ​I feel great this way, no need for Cialis overall awesome experience

    I added in anavar, 20mg daily (10 morning 10 before bed)
    Running that for 8 days, oral suspension from gorilla king.

    First 4 I get great but I have like an icky feeling almost like cramps in my legs and now my erection quality is garbage / libido dead

    I tried the same gear last year and had similar issues thought it would be different with my new test setup.
    I’ve gained 2lbs and my workouts are top notch but I just few bad in general while taking it

    Any suggestions?

    I’m worried about GK being bunk or something else. I’ve ordered a different brand (pharmaqo) from domestic to see.

    I previously ran deca for 9 months 2 years ago no issues

    My goal is to gain mass. I’m 162. Highest weight was 185 but my initial Trt provider was giving me 300mg test weekly when I started trt which cause some issues.
    My natty weight was 150ish.
    Happy with my strength
    ​Dead 350
    Squat 305
    Military press 135
    Bench 225 (weakest lift)

    I’d like to hit 170 body weight, my diet is right lifts are good I just have always had trouble w mass building. All these lifts are basically where I was pre trt I just look way better now.

    Any suggestions on the var or other options I’m open
    I currently have plenty of test cyp, ultima deca, Proviron and the bar mentioned

    You inject test IM daily? That feels like madness.

    What do you mean by GK?

    Oh and the likely answer: anavar has probably driven your estrogen down too much. Maybe look at dbol instead, especially with your goals of adding weight.

    Also, maybe if your libido is shot, you actually DO have a need for cialis with the current protocol. Actually, no you don't, but it wouldn't hurt, and it is foolish for those of us on TRT NOT to include a daily 5mg of cialis. Insurance will cover it "for BPH (wink wink)", or at least most insurance will.

    Also, spoiler alert: cialis is not a "dick pill" per se. It is a vasodialator, which increases blood flow throughout the body and can lower blood pressure. This is why it won't really help if your issue is tanked estrogen.

    Daily Im was a miracle for me. My levels stay stable, I don’t need an ai. I can get by w delt injecting and flutes but with a 1/2 insulin needle. Takes forever to draw but not too bad.

    I had the same results with eod but I feel a little better w daily. When I did weekly or twice a week I had too many troughs that affected mood libido etc.

    The Gk was gorilla king. The reviews on their gear are mixed so I don’t know. I’ll see if the new brand is different.

    I agree on the Cialis about smaller daily doses. Aside from the workout performance and other benefits though I definitely have no need for it for erections with my daily injecting. I feel 15 most days.

    I thought along the lines of what you mentioned, that the var had crushed my e2 by not enough aromatizing and was wondering if I could up my test dose to compensate or if that’s just crazy.

    If you are doing daily injections, I would look at doing two things.

    First, backfill your pins. Makes all the difference. Second, take a hard look at sub-q.

    Cialis should be in any man over 40 daily regimen. It is available as generic and approved by the FDA (or whoever the heck approves such things) in the US for bph. Zero reason not to be on 2.5 to 5mg per day.

    You COULD up your test dose, but a "wetter" compound like dbol would get you there quicker, I think. Yes, it will blow you up like a puffer fish, and yes, you shed most of that weight when you come off, but the strength is real. Whether you stick with var or switch to dbol, I would not run more than 2 to 4 more weeks tops of orals.

    You are probably better off dropping down to your trt dose and take a hard look at your diet. Yes, I know you said "it is right", but is it, though? If you can't gain weight, you aren't eating enough. Take a look at MK-677 to increase your appetite.

    Thanks again. I’llcheck out that peptide. My appetite is my biggest hurdle. I’ve always had appetite issues. I eat 3k Cals a day usually but I’m force feeding myself to get there. I’m a roofer so my activity level is super high and I probably need more like 3400 or so but it’s a struggle to get there

    You can incorporate an extra 1000 calories each morning in shake form. Its helped me. Blenders are our friends.

    It's easier to eat more, if you schedule set times in the day for your meals (not just lunch). If you set times to eat, after like a week or so, your body starts getting used to eating at those times and you'll start getting hungrier more often. And wake up 20 minutes earlier to fix breakfast too.

    I've never had any trouble gaining weight, though it's mostly been the wrong kind of weight. Lol

    But what about these weight gainer powders? Might be easier to.drink 300 calories a gew times a day than eat it.

    I did it for years not knowing any better. When I was younger and small I thought thats what I needed, when really its just more processed bullshit we put in our bodies. Not a good idea from a veteran stand point. The best way to get extra calories in is to make your own mass gainer shakes. You can add whatever you want. Real, whole quality foods.
    I’ll usually have one to two blended shakes per day along with my meals.
    Raw oats are great carb sources. Fruits are ok, I use bananas. Egg whites are go to protein sources. Quality protein powders exist but use sparingly. Peanut butter and honey are good also. Its cheaper for me also i think but eggs and egg whites have really went up like six bucks now for a stupid quart.

    There are still good sources of protein for people on budgets. A single can of Bumblebee tuna has 15 grams of protein. 1 cup of whole milk has 8 grams (plus 12 carbs). 2 tablespoons of peanut butter has 7 grams of protein (and 2 table spoons is practically nothing). 1 cup of garbanzo beans has like 39 grams of protein. A half pound of beef liver has 46 grams of protein in it (and it's really good in a slow cooker with onions and gravy).

    My experiences with protein powders is they give more gas than anything and I think we all agree they're not a substitute for real food. I would only drink one after a workout.

    I've never understood daily micro-dosing. Zero need for it. Who on earth wants to stab themselves every day. Simply an inconvenience no one really needs. I see it all over the internet anymore. Just switch to gels or creams if you think daily dosing is the way to go and you feel it mimics the diurnal nature of endogenous test most accurately.

    Yes, Tuna is great but salmon is better but more expensive. Wild salmon is best dont buy farm raised.
    As for tuna, excellent source of protein and fats if done in olive oil omega 3s help too and then for carbs rice is very inexpensive. I always do jasmine.

    I have cut my tuna intake down alot just bc of mercury being a potential risk. I honestly prefer fish over chicken or beef. Jay Cutler said fish diet was his best shape ever as well

    I've been back on a kick of eating canned tuna several days a week again. 25 years ago I ate that crap every single day for lunch. Got so tired of it, I hadn't touched it until a few months ago. Less than 3 bucks a can for albacore white tuna in water is hard to beat for cost and protein.

    1/2” in glutes is likely not truly intramuscular. I can’t wrap my head around that Injection schedule. Also 20mg Anavar is not going to add mass for a man. How tall are you?

    If you haven't already, get you some steelhead filets with the skin on and grill it. It's awesome. Kind of like salmon, but with a little less punch/ fishy taste.

    Sam's has filets that will make quite a few servings or if you want to try like a pound, Publix has it @ their seafood counter.

    Unfortunately, they're both farm raised/sustainably harvested, but it tastes great. Rainbow and steelhead are basically the same fish, but steelhead suits my taste buds!

    I wouldn't be too worried about mercury. The Japanese eat way more fish than any of us will and they're not all subcumbing to mercury poisoning. But yeah, I've done the cans of tuna + rice for meals while at work. I've even slopped some BBQ sauce on it and surprisingly it wasn't bad. One benefit is you never have to worry about a co-worker stealing your food from the fridge.

    I've heard The Ultimate Warrior and Sting say when they were broke and first breaking in to wrestling, they would put tuna, orange juice and some peanut butter in the blender and make shakes of it.

    I eat 140g of tuna every morning Hope i dont get mercury poisoning lol... I finally found a staple breakfast that i can eat every day and not get tired of. Tuna, little bit of hacked cucumber mixed with sour cream and 2 slices of bread on the side. Love it

    Not sure why your pinning cyp ED. There's no need and seems like a wast. Id pyramid the Anavar as well. 30 mg to 40ish (30, 30, 40, 45, 30, 30). 20 mg is low even for a first time.
