MicroDosing and anabolic type Post Op help please

    Hey Everyone,

I have just come out of back surgery, and have been injured for 1 year. Literally just finished surgery 1.5 hours ago ahaha. Had a massive protrusion on L5 about 11mm impinging on S1. Itís now been cut out. Went from super dad to messed up dad in the last year. Havenít touched a weight, havenít golfed etc. I naturally suffer on the low level of natural test levels. I am boarder line to become a TRT patient. Iíd like assistance in speedy recovery and body recomp, but not on a Body building level. If that makes sense.

I know everyone loves stats and history, so here it isÖ.

Cycle history: 7 full cycles, harshest being - Test p, Tren A, Anavar 15 weeks. Most cycles have been just Test and Var.

    Pre-Injury stats 1 year ago:

    33 years , male, 102kg, 15-17% BF

    Current stats:

    34 years, male, 110gG, 25% bf

Iím after a perfect micro dosing regimen to begin helping me 2 weeks post opÖ I want my life back lots of calisthenics, and Pilates using the performa machine, and hydro therapy

Iíd like to include test as boost, something for joint and bone recovery like deca or something better? Now we are talking microcdosing here people before everyone goes bay shit crazy lol

Any help from past experience and what not or a great microsoing regimen would be awesome. Iím open to ideas as well

    Thanks Iím advance legends!

You just had back surgery. You should probably wait until your healed before you do anything with gear or weights. As far as TRT goes, that's a conversation between you and which ever physician is to be treating you for it. You should let them know about your back surgery, because there are factors they need to consider when assessing what is in your best interests. Blood clots do sometimes happen after surgery, so I would be cautious if I were you.

I agree with the above advice , I think you need to find a good trt clinic AFTER you fully recover from surgery and go from there. I probably wouldn’t squat or deadlift either after a back surgery bc it would seem to risky. Im surprised you arent on trt already 7 cycles is alot to pct, I said fuck pct after 2 cycles.. but I didnt do thing’s correctly or even if I did it would probably not even have mattered. If your levels are under 300 you can probably qualify for trt no issue

What the guys said above. Relax, rehab and heal up. Then pursue TRT with a doctor that will treat you like a human, not a number on a chart.

If you are dead set, i would go with a basic TRT dose for now.
(test c 200mg q2week). If you wanted, yes the deca will help with some fluid retention but then again, you had back surgery adn you dotn want to pull uneccesarily hard on that region.

I would suggest drop the deca. just go with trt dose test.

I have a little bit different advice. This advice is based on speeding up the recovery effort only and is not for hypertrophy perse.

I just had knee surgery on my quad tendon. The Dr said I would be 6-9 months in recovery. I am shooting for 3-5.
I am taking 300 mg of Deca per weeka, 10 iuís of BPC 157, and 5 iu of HGH daily.
I am 57 and the Dr is amazed at my recovery. I have had no pain and just graduated to 90 degeees of flexiůn.
I have not graduated to any weight bearing activities outside of full extension yet so we need to see how that goes when I progress. I am following the Drs orders ( sort of). So I push just a little, but I know my body well and what I can and canít do.

What do you think of BPC 157? Been reading a little about it and considering adding it to my trt/hgh protocol to help with my left shoulder. Hurt it again monday during my chest workout. I'll probably get an MRI in the next few weeks to see exactly whats going on. Best case is bone spur and or some arthritis, worst is another torn tendon.

But my trt guy mentioned it as well for this issue.
