Im looking for a steroid that would help out with cardiovascular workouts and such
I do alot of running and swimming (when I get a chance) and I was wondering if theres a steroid I could use that would make my blood basically more efficient
what I mean by that is something where i.e. swimming I could hold my breath longer or in running I dont get so out of breath when running
is there a specific one I could use?

it's called practicing and getting in shape. Steroids are used for one thing...building muscle, not helping you hold your breath longer.
No steroid has these capabilities. They are meant for building muscle. Your lungs and blood are not muscles. Steroids are not miracle drugs.
I believe that you can train your lungs to get stronger. Lifting weights, believe it or not. Is great for building lung capacity. I remember years ago seeing some big bastard on t.v. blow up one of those rubber hot water pillows like a ballon and it popped. Unfuckinbelievable! But True

Do a search on the 2002 Winter Olympics. The XC skiers used a drug and I can't remember the name of it but it makes the blood more efficient. It was new but they still got busted for it.
