    injecting

    when ive injected before in the thigh I have always done it standing up leaning on my other leg and relaxing the leg that I was going to inject

    Could someone explain how to do it sitting down. Do you need to have your leg straight or as if you are in a seated possition?

    I always shoot in the seated position. Leg bent.
