hahah pump !

uhm yeah site injecting winny is the way ur supposed to do it. it is supposed to cause local muscle growth. a buddy of mine said it did, but when i mesured his arms, he didnt gain shit ! but he was nice and hard !

if u dont belive this theory i would just drink the winny. its methylated unlike the tabs so its ok to drink it !
