bro, think about your goals, and exactly what you want to accomplish and then go onto the diet and workout forums, and pick something that worked for someone else and give it a try. no one is going to know how your body reacts to lifting and eating, so you need to try and see which one works BEST.
if you are asking about supplements and steroids, i would stick to getting my diet perfect, some whey/casein protein, and maybe some creatine, but everything pro-hormone or steroid wise i would stay away from right now. When you have everything in check and have hit a plateau, then think about anabolics.
