I been 4 months in the gym i need help
Hi!!!
Im 22 years old, i live over here in spain. I weigh 94 kilos and my height is 1.93. I been now 5 months in working hard in the gym i go every day for 1 hour. I want to take something to gain more STRENGTH and get more volume can some tell me what should i take to start??

With 5 months of training, I'd go with taking in some Protein and Creatine. The two of those should help you out.

Start protein like trim said. And get your diet on track.
You got along way to go till u can consider AS.

Also, dont lift every day. Thats too much. Down time is just as important as lifting. If you dont rest and repair, you wont grow.
